Interview Update

At Advocate Aurora Health, safety is always a top priority. We're rapidly evolving to protect our patients’ safety, limit our team members’ exposure and ensure a healthy community. Through all of this, we need to continue hiring top talent!  Whether you’ve already applied or are searching for open positions, we want to ensure you have a great experience with us and have an opportunity to connect face-to-face as much as possible. So, in line with our no visitor policy at our clinical locations, and as a proactive measure to reduce the spread of COVID-19, all of our interviews will be conducted via phone or video platform. We appreciate your flexibility and look forward to connecting!

Support Services

Your empathy and motivation to work hard, providing Aurora patients with a memorable experience, is critical to our success. Patients notice how clean their rooms are, how good their food is, and how friendly those transporting them are. With your kindness and attention to detail, you'll keep patients happy, comfortable and on the road to better health.

You're at the forefront of keeping Aurora facilities safe and welcoming for patients and their families. You'll ensure compliance with state and local regulations, while managing construction, remodeling, and interior design projects and overseeing the repair and maintenance of building systems. You'll be empowered to utilize your skills to maintain facilities for our patients and team members. We count on your expertise to maintain a healing environment and in return, you can count on us to guide you to long term success in your career.

Make sure patients, staff and visitors are safe by drawing on your experience and knowledge to proactively identify and resolve any issues. Monitor security and fire systems; and, in some facilities, greet employees and guests, helping authorized personnel get where they need to go.

Environmental Services

As part of the Environmental Services team, you're critical in managing and delivering a superb patient experience. From the environment that's created in patients' rooms, to their comfort-level during their stay — your customer service skills coupled with your attention to detail contribute to our success as an organization.

Food Service

As a food service professional you will have the opportunity to ensure that our patients’ meals are delicious and our service to them is prompt and friendly.  The brightest spot in a patient’s day is often when their food arrives. Whether in-room or in a cafeteria, your hospitality and welcoming demeanor will help to make our patients, along with their friends and family, to feel comfortable, enhancing their recovery and overall wellness.

One Team One Purpose

Steve Francaviglia, President of Greater Milwaukee South, spends a day with assistant chef Dan at West Allis Medical Center.

As a transporter, you will provide comfort and reassurance to our patients as you safely deliver them for treatment to various departments throughout the medical center. Your attentive care, ensuring their comfort as you go, contributes greatly to a positive patient experience.
