RN Sign-On Bonus

As our demand for registered nurses continues to grow, we're seeking top talent to join our team. RNs with at least two years of experience who join select locations through 2018 will receive a sign-on bonus, with amounts based on their FTE, as recognition of their skills and commitment to joining Aurora. 

Bonus Amounts

$6,000

Registered nurses with two or more years of nursing experience who join Aurora as a full-time RN at .9 FTE (72+ hours per two-week pay period) in select locations will receive a $6,000 sign-on bonus.

$3,000

Registered nurses with two or more years of nursing experience who join Aurora as a part-time RN at .5 - .89 FTE (40-41 hours per two-week pay period) in select locations will receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus. 

Operating room experience is not required.

**The bonus is paid on the new caregiver's bi-weekly paycheck once a two-year commitment is signed and received.**

Additional Information

At this time, RN Weekend Program positions are not eligible for a sign-on bonus.
