Interview Update

At Advocate Aurora Health, safety is always a top priority. We're rapidly evolving to protect our patients’ safety, limit our team members’ exposure and ensure a healthy community. Through all of this, we need to continue hiring top talent!  Whether you’ve already applied or are searching for open positions, we want to ensure you have a great experience with us and have an opportunity to connect face-to-face as much as possible. So, in line with our no visitor policy at our clinical locations, and as a proactive measure to reduce the spread of COVID-19, all of our interviews will be conducted via phone or video platform. We appreciate your flexibility and look forward to connecting!

Advanced Practice

Act independently while growing in your profession as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP). More than 900 APPs support and partner with Aurora medical group physicians as part of a team working toward desired outcomes. Through prevention, early detection and disease management, you'll improve care with an increased patient panel to keep people happy, healthy and out of the hospital.

Career Growth

As an Aurora APP, you'll do everything your training and education have prepared you for with autonomy to make decisions and make a difference. Our high regard for your skills is reflected in the competitive pay and benefits we offer, along with the potential opportunity to be part of our recently developed APP leadership council.

Nurse Practitioner & Physician Assistant

Be part of a clinically-led organization, with team-based care to work at the top of your license. Through autonomy and close collaboration with world-class physicians and caregivers, you'll be able to focus on your patients' health and well-being. With our integrated system of X-ray, pharmacy, and lab in small clinics, large hospitals, in-patient, out-patient, and at-home care, you'll have options to excel and grow professionally.

As an Aurora chiropractor, you'll have access to the latest technology and diagnostic testing tools, CT scans and MRI. You'll be part of a system that's dedicated to providing convenient and comprehensive patient care. You'll work in the same clinics as doctors, rehabilitation specialists, and other health care professionals, which gives you direct access to refer patients as needed to help expedite their recovery and get them back on their feet.

Nurse Midwife

Our midwives provide women's health care to patients, focusing particularly on pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum care for newborns, family planning and gynecological services. As a midwife, you'll work autonomously for your patients, while also collaborating with our multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, therapists and social workers. In addition to the clinical care you'll provide, you'll also counsel and educate patients on everything from nutrition and exercise to mental health and self-care skills.
