As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, the need for healthcare workers continues to rise. We have open positions to help meet the needs of our patients as the number of cases we’re treating rises, but also to allow respite, rest and, at times, quarantine for our current team members. Our goal is to ensure safety and health for our team members throughout our system.
Our temporary positions not only help us meet our current staffing needs, but also help those in our communities who have lost work or hours due to business closings.
Share your information via this form and we'll contact you with potential opportunities for paid temporary assignments in one of our locations. From food service to team supervision, reception desk to housekeeping, we have a lot of opportunities.
We also have special opportunities for nursing and respiratory care students who want to obtain real-world experience as an extern. Share your information with us via the nursing or respiratory interest form and a member of our recruiting team will be in touch soon.
A number of permanent positions are open, including full-time, part-time and casual hours, in most clinical areas, as well as many support positions. Visit our job search page in Wisconsin or Illinois to search openings, learn more and apply.
VolunteerThe important role our volunteers play has not diminished during this crisis. We may need the help of volunteers to support our care providers and staff as they work to care for our patients. If you’re interested in serving in a role to help our care teams and our patients, please complete a volunteer application. One of our volunteer leaders will reach out to you with next steps.
At Advocate Aurora Health, safety is always a top priority. We're rapidly evolving to protect our patients’ safety, limit our team members’ exposure and ensure a healthy community. Through all of this, we need to continue hiring top talent! Whether you’ve already applied or are searching for open positions, we want to ensure you have a great experience with us and have an opportunity to connect face-to-face as much as possible. So, in line with our no visitor policy at our clinical locations, and as a proactive measure to reduce the spread of COVID-19, all of our interviews will be conducted via phone or video platform. We appreciate your flexibility and look forward to connecting!
To maintain the safety of all team members, patients and our communities at large, those entering our buildings will be required to complete a health screening.
